Welcome.  I’m Elizabeth. My humanistic orientation forms the foundation of my therapeutic approach.  While prioritizing empathy, authenticity, and unconditional positive regard in our therapeutic relationship, I also strive to co-create a safe space for exploration and growth.

In my practice, I draw upon a rich tapestry of modalities, including narrative, existential, and relational approaches.  Central to my belief system is the understanding that we are spiritual beings navigating the complexities of the human experience.  Whatever has brought you here, whether it’s mental health concerns, addiction/s, personal challenges, relationship issues, or life transitions, I am here to support you on your path towards growth and self-discovery, uncovering the wisdom that resides within you and empowering you to lead a more fulfilling and authentic life.

As an experienced certified yoga teacher and holistic health coach, who is informed by yogic scholarship, I offer breathwork, mindfulness practices, and somatic techniques to help you re-occupy your body, and work towards inner peace, harmony with self and others, and realization of the deepest, truest self.

I am particularly interested in supporting womxn as they traverse the challenges and transitions associated with parenting, perimenopause and menopause.  Additionally, I am also drawn to working with adolescents and parents of adolescents.  In today’s rapidly changing world, adolescent and parent dynamics present unique challenges and opportunities for growth.
