The body is a complex ecosystem of interconnected parts, each influencing the other. Learning to focus the mind, breath, and body into one, coordinated unit is key to healing and refining the well-being of the whole person.
In this Integration workshop, we will work on harmonizing body, breath, and mind. We will develop and refine actual mindfulness tools that work in several healing modalities. This is a “bottom-up” approach of getting into the body and feeling how to refine the whole self.
Based in Chinese Internal practices, this workshop will practice standing, moving, and sitting exercises. Each section designed to help on several layers of refinement.
