Throughout history, all around the world, cultures have recognized and celebrated the Winter Solstice.
In Yogic tradition, the Winter Solstice is a powerful time of stillness, reflection, and joyful expectation as we welcome back the beginning of longer days and more light. The winter solstice marks the darkest and shortest day of the year and is a powerful time to utilize ritual, meditation, and ceremony to venture deeply within ourselves.
In this workshop, we will use the ancient practice of Kundalini Yoga to turn inward. We will align our energy to regenerate ourselves as the light slowly begins to return once again.
This potent evening will include a powerful Kundalini Yoga Kriya and meditation to balance your energy. This will be followed by a guided art-making process. All art materials will be provided and participants will take their art home with them.
