Event Details:

This powerful modality has been shown to be highly effective in helping to deal with depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, physical wounds, dis-ease, and much more.  By harnessing the transformative power of consciousness and intentional breathing, participants can unlock deep layers of the psyche, thus facilitating self-healing and personal transformation.  Furthermore, our workshop not only provides guided breathwork sessions but also includes insightful discussions on different levels of consciousness and states of mind.  So, join us in this safe and nurturing space to reconnect with your true essence, release stagnant energies, and embark on a journey toward holistic well-being and inner peace.

You and only you are altering your serotonin and dopamine levels while simultaneously increasing oxygen absorption. Consequently, this will naturally work on the underlying causes of depression, anxiety, sleep issues, and physical symptoms. Essentially, you have the power to heal yourself.

What to bring:

  • a yoga mat, pillow, blanket
  • eye mask (if sensitive to light)
  • ear plugs (if sensitive to sound)

(***FYI-There will be loud music involved during the breathwork session***)

  • water or beverage to stay hydrated
  • journal/notebook and something with which to write
  • *optional*-cut out & bring the top of a water bottle that you can place in your mouth to use during your experience to
    assure proper technique (this is an open mouth breathing style)
