Bio

I consciously began my Spiritual Path sometime around 1997. I was initially attracted to Shamanic and Totemic belief systems created by many of the Indigenous people in Europe and the Americas. I invested a few years learning all that I could and experiencing this new and unexpected path. During this time, I also found and felt a great kinship with the Norse Runes, specifically that period known as the Elder Futhark.  The Viking Runes soon became an indispensable tool for guidance from the intuitive life and living I was then earnestly and eagerly experiencing.

In February of 2011 I suffered a pulmonary embolism and after several attempts to resuscitate me I was given a time of death. Twelve minutes later I sat up in my hospital bed. My second life had begun, and I have never looked back. In the time since that event every aspect of my life has changed. My work as and with Empaths has permitted me to discover and develop a unique set of tools to help extremely sensitive individuals to reframe their experience of the world and thrive with their heightened sensitivities. I have embraced my life as a sovereign conscious Being, Empath, Energy Healer, and Empowerment Coach. This has led to the development of the Empathic Empowerment Training programs and workshops I currently offer.

In a never-ending quest to experience and know as much of this life as possible I have immersed myself in many different energy healing techniques and modalities. This experience includes, but is not limited to, Integrated Energy Therapies, Access Consciousness Bars and Body Processes. Empathic Bridging and Healing, and Usui Reiki.

It has become my knowing that all healing is conscious change in the body or the Being, and often in both. By making use of every tool, technique, and practice I have found it is my intent to assist others in creating the greatest possible life they may choose.

Empathic Empowerment Training® assists Empathic individuals to Be fully aware of and embrace their gift while actively utilizing their empathic abilities to enhance, enrich, and expand their lives and the lives of everyone they encounter.

It is critically important to open ourselves fully to the World we have created to allow healing and expansion for everyone who chooses. The time for Empaths to hide from the pain of the World has come to an end. We cannot heal what we are afraid to fully feel.
