I know that reaching out to a therapist can be overwhelming and stressful. Sharing your story with someone new is never easy, and takes a great deal of courage. I believe that building trust, feelings of safety, and genuine connection are vital to the process of therapy. I see each client as a unique individual that deserves a safe and non-judgemental space to show up as their fully authentic selves. I strive to create a therapeutic environment where clients feel heard, understood, and supported.

I utilize a relational, person-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed approach. Additionally, I  draw from multiple therapeutic modalities to create an eclectic approach that is tailored to individual client needs. Some of these modalities include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT),  Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and mindfulness-based approaches. I work with a wide variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, OCD, gender and sexuality, trauma, life transitions, interpersonal challenges, Autism, and ADHD.

I am especially passionate about providing a therapeutic environment that is both LGBTQ+  and neurodivergent affirming. As a queer and neurodivergent individual myself, I understand that it can be especially difficult to find a therapist that fully sees and understands your lived experience and the potential impacts of systemic issues on marginalized communities. I have dedicated the majority of my professional experience to working with LGBTQ+ individuals of all ages. During both my Bachelor of Social Work and Master of Social Work programs at Cleveland State University, I focused on working with LGBTQ+ populations in individual and community settings. I am passionate about continuing to provide care that is rooted in education and lived experience.
