Medication Management Services

Adding to our holistic services, we are excited to introduce our Medication Management services, led by our experienced Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, Christina Redfern, PNP.  These services stand out for their individualized and evidence-based approach. Unlike a one-size-fits-all strategy, we work collaboratively with our clients to understand their unique needs and tailor treatment plans accordingly.  We view medication not as a bandage but as a tool to create a window of opportunity to address the root causes of issues.  We always aim to remain open to alternative pathways to healing that resonate with our clients.

Our Psychiatric Team is dedicated to creating a trauma-informed and inclusive space where clients can openly share their experiences and feel optimally supported.  With a commitment to our community, our expert team is dedicated to the process of continuous professional and personal development and evolution.  We specialize in strengths-based, person-centered therapy, offering psychoeducation, with a commitment to addressing frequent areas of misinformation in our field, and supporting clients through needed changes in their clinical and medication needs.

For substance use disorders, our team specializes in Opioid Agonist Therapy, Pharmacotherapy, and Addiction Medication.  We provide Medication for Substance Use Disorder (SUD) and Medication for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD), tailoring interventions to address the specific needs of those navigating recovery.
