Tai Chi Memberships
This membership is a monthly plan for weekly classes. In order to help each student create and maintain their own practice, regular training, corrections, and additional material, consistent training with a skilled practitioner is necessary. This membership allows for continued education and training.

Halotherapy, also known as dry salt therapy, is an all natural treatment that mimics the microclimate of a salt cave by emitting micro salt particles into the air. Halotherapy originated as Speleotherapy over 100 years ago in Eastern Europe for the therapeutic benefit of respiratory disease. Speleotherapy has evolved into modern-Halotherapy to provide natural symptom relief for a variety of respiratory and skin conditions, and has continued to expand and gain recognition throughout the world with documented research boasting consistently positive results.
Infrared saunas provide all the benefits of regular saunas at a reduced temperature which allows for more accessibility for those who may be prone to heat intolerance. These benefits include relaxation, improved circulation, cardio conditioning, detoxification, immune system response, muscle recovery, weight loss, and pain relief.
Float Room/Sensory Deprivation Tank
Our custom designed float is a larger float room than the standard float pods. The most common feedback we receive from floaters is the amazing feeling of weightlessness they experience upon entering the tank. This is perfect for those experiencing muscle tension and chronic pain. Many people report a sensation of floating on air, and with regular practice, even find they are able to sustain a feeling of complete relaxation for increasingly extended periods of time. This is also a perfect supplement for those who struggle with finding their Zen place with meditation.

We offer multiple energetic modalities practiced by several trained and certified Practitioners. Universal life-force energy is intentionally guided by the practitioner to the client through a variety of methods, hand movements and modalities. We offer a tranquil and relaxing environment where the client may relax and receive the energy and shifts needed for their best and highest good.
- Ayurvedic Padabhyanga – an ayurvedic demonstration involving manipulation of pressure points in the foot with medicinal oil
- Ayurvedic Nasya – is very effective for purifying the head region and nasal passages. An herbal oil is administered through the nasal cavity in this process.
- Ayurvedic Shiroabhanga – a complete massage of the head, neck and shoulders using herbal oil
