At a Glance
Slow down and reconnect with yourself through the grounding and restorative qualities of nature. This mindfulness series uses guided practices, sensory awareness, reflection, and intentional time in nature to support greater presence, emotional well-being, and connection. Participants will leave with simple mindfulness tools they can continue using in everyday life.

What to Expect
In today’s fast-paced, technology-driven world, many people feel increasingly disconnected from both themselves and the natural world. This five-part mindfulness series invites participants to slow down, reconnect with nature, and cultivate greater presence, resilience, and emotional well-being.
Inspired by the transition into autumn, each session explores a different element of nature (Water, Oak Trees, Wildflowers, Gourds, and Fallen Leaves) using seasonal themes to guide mindfulness practices, psychoeducation, creative reflection, and group discussion. Participants will learn practical, evidence-informed strategies for managing stress and incorporating nature-based mindfulness into daily life while building connection and community.
No prior mindfulness experience is required. Activities are designed to be accessible and adaptable for individuals of varying physical abilities.
Workshop Dates & Themes
Each workshop will focus on a different nature-based theme. In addition to discussion, we will also work through activities related to the workshop’s theme in each session.
