As a counselor I am here to assist you in improving the quality of your life and achieving the goals you set for yourself.  I hope to provide an environment that allows you to express yourself and engage in self-discovery free of judgement and surrounded by compassion, respect, and support.  I am here for you.  I am passionate about bringing healing and peace to people who have been through stressful or traumatic experiences.  We are human and it is natural to feel negative emotions and have unwanted thoughts.  I help clients find healthy perceptions of themselves.  I offer a path of healing and finding peace within your thoughts and feelings through expressive, warm, and interactive approaches.

My clinical interests include trauma informed care, narrative counseling, and a client-centered approach.  Through these techniques we will work together to explore current and past lived experiences, build skills, and improve understanding about the challenges you are facing.

Population and Interests: Trauma, anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, bipolar disorder, self-esteem and self-worth, interpersonal and relational concerns, improving life skills, emotional regulation, intrusive thoughts, stress management, anger management, and improving one’s quality of life.
