Thomas Jackson-Gluth (he/him) graduated from the University of Denver’s Graduate School of Social Work in 2025 with a concentration in Clinical Mental Health. Licensed in both Colorado and Ohio, Thomas provides virtual and in-person therapy services for children, adolescents, and adults.

Thomas believes healing happens through authentic connection, curiosity, and compassionate presence. He strives to create a warm, supportive space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to explore their experiences at their own pace. His approach is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and grounded in the belief that every individual possesses innate resilience and capacity for growth.

Thomas specializes in working with children ages 3 and up using trauma-informed play therapy techniques that help young clients express emotions, build coping skills, and process difficult experiences through developmentally appropriate interventions. With adolescents and adults, he incorporates mindfulness, holistic wellness practices, and nature-informed perspectives to support emotional healing, self-discovery, and lasting change.

Drawing from his background in human-animal-environment interactions, Thomas recognizes the restorative power of connection with nature and the importance of nurturing well-being across mind, body, and environment. He works with clients navigating trauma, anxiety, life transitions, stress, and challenges related to self-esteem and identity. Outside of the therapy room, Thomas enjoys hiking, camping, exploring national parks, watching sports, gaming, and spending time with his dog. He values bringing authenticity, creativity, and a sense of curiosity into his work with clients of all ages.
