As a therapist, I am not just a listener but a guide who empowers you to conquer life’s challenges, build resilience, and cultivate self-awareness.

I received my Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Akron in 2018. Since then I’ve had the privilege of helping diverse populations navigate the complexities in life in community mental health. My approach to therapy is person-centered based in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, Strength-Based Therapy, EMDR, and trauma-informed care.

I have experience in treating individuals who are experiencing mood disorders (depression, bipolar, etc.), anxiety disorders, trauma, grief/loss, interpersonal issues, and life transitions.
