at the heart of my work, and I take the time to get to know you and create a safe
environment where you feel heard and understood. Whether you’re navigating anxiety,
depression, PTSD, interpersonal challenges, or life transitions, I will meet you where
you are with compassion and cultural humility. In our work together, I will utilize a
collaborative and personalized approach, including elements of cognitive and somatic
therapies, in order to best support you and your goals. My goal is to empower you with
tools to process your past, build resilience, and move toward a more fulfilling future.

I hold a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from The Ohio State University. I have
almost a decade of experience advocating for social justice and systems change. I am a
therapist committed to anti-oppressive practice. I work with children ages 4+,
adolescents, and adults.”
