Hi, I’m Z (she/her), and thank you for being here. 

I’m here to create a safe space where walls can be knocked down and true healing can begin. Everyone deserves to feel understood, accepted, heard, and valued. In our sessions, I will remind you of that. Tell me what’s on your mind: your hopes, dreams, and even the stuff you don’t like admitting to yourself. I am a Licensed Social Worker with a master’s degree in social work from Cleveland State University with experience in community-based counseling as well as providing crisis support and de-escalation services. 

I’m very passionate and driven about making sure clients feel warm, safe, and truly seen. I use a variety of evidence-based techniques, like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness practices, and Solution Focused Therapy (SFT). In our sessions, I’ll always consider how your background and life experiences impact your identity and how you view the world. We will work together to identify an approach that best fits your needs and supports your goals. 

I am especially interested in helping individuals, teens and adults, with depression, anxiety, suicidality, trauma, post-traumatic stress, and personality disorders. I’m dedicated to advocating for those who face discrimination, ensuring their experiences are heard and validated. I am committed to creating a supportive and inclusive environment where clients can grow, heal, and prosper. As a plus-size provider, I am passionate about body acceptance, and linking the mind and body to work as one, ensuring both are focused on during one’s healing journey.
