Navigating the challenges of life can often feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to face them alone. Whether you choose to work with me as a licensed professional clinical counselor (LPCC) or coach, I am dedicated to providing a safe and non-judgmental space where you can courageously delve into your innermost fears, challenges, and desires. I firmly believe that establishing a trusting and authentic connection with your therapist is vital for embarking on this transformative journey of self-discovery and growth.
As a dedicated trauma therapist, I offer a diverse range of therapies to support your healing journey, including talk therapy, EMDR, mindfulness training, breath-work, somatic processing, group therapy, and IFS. I am an advocate in the world of psychedelic-assisted therapy, which has a growing body of research in the efficacy in the treatment of many mental health issues. I am one of a select few therapists already trained by MAPS in Psychedelic Assisted Psychotherapy, and offer preparation and integration sessions, as well as Ketamine Assisted Therapy through our partnering provider New Pathways Clinic in Middleburg Heights, Ohio.
With a deep empathy for the unique challenges faced by diverse populations, I have developed expertise in working with the first responder community, medical professionals, veterans, professional athletes, and individuals who’ve experienced developmental and attachment-based trauma. I’m knowledgeable in treating C-PTSD, relationship trauma, emotional abuse and neglect, sexual trauma (including military sexual trauma), human sex trafficking, vicarious trauma, and trauma from the loss of a loved one to suicide, and extreme and unexpected loss.
I enjoy working with other therapists as both a transpersonal therapist and EMDR consultant in training. I enjoy public speaking on topics of mental wellness, trauma, mindfulness practices, and the benefits of alternative and holistic approaches to healing. I offer workshops at corporate and community events, as well as vibrational sound and energy sessions. I also work as an intuitive energy practitioner.
In our work together, I will hold space for you to explore the meaningful connections between past and current experiences, limiting beliefs, and current behaviors that are holding you back from being the most authentic version of yourself you’ve ever experienced.

All of our mental health therapists are licensed by the state of Ohio. Prices vary by practitioner.
Accepted Payments – credit/debit/HSA
We are a private counseling practice, and are working on paneling with insurances at this time. However, we cannot guarantee how long this process will take, or that we will surely be able to panel with your insurance due to the ebb and flow of enrollment. Some of our therapists are currently paneled with insurances. You can see the updated insurances in each therapist bio, or contact our office for more updated information on where we are in the paneling process. For now, you may be able to utilize your out-of-network benefits for behavioral mental health if you have them. Click for more information and to learn more about this process. You are always welcome to private pay for therapy services. This is beneficial for many reasons, including limiting the amount of disclosure we have to provide to your insurance company about your treatment, and there is no limit to how many sessions you are able to access in a given year.
