As a trauma specialist, I offer a diverse range of therapies to support your healing journey, including talk therapy, EMDR, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), mindfulness training, breath-work, somatic processing, group therapy, and parts work. I am dedicated to the advancements in the field of psychedelic-assisted therapy, which has a growing body of research and efficacy for the treatment of many mental health issues, including PTSD. I am partially MAPS trained in MDMA Assisted Psychotherapy, KAP trained, and offer preparation and integration sessions, and Ketamine Assisted Therapy in partnership with New Pathways Clinic.

I specialize in working with individuals in high-stress careers (i.e. first responder community, medical professionals, veterans, athletes, executives), and individuals who’ve experienced complex developmental and attachment-based trauma. I have a breadth of experience treating C-PTSD, sexual trauma (including military sexual trauma and human sex trafficking), vicarious trauma, combat trauma, and complex grief and trauma from the loss of a loved one to suicide. 

I also enjoy working with other therapists, whether supporting other healers through transpersonal psychology, EMDR, or clinical consultation. In our work together, I will hold space for you to explore the meaningful connections between past and current experiences, limiting beliefs, and current behaviors that may be holding you back from being the most authentic version of yourself you’ve ever experienced.

I am a wellness advocate, and enjoy public speaking and training on topics of mental wellness, trauma informed care, EMDR, and holistic approaches to wellness. As the owner and director of Stella Luna, I also offer monthly sound bath sessions, and host workshops at corporate and community events. I am a mother to three amazing boys (9, 4, 2), and wife to my incredibly supportive Italian husband, Louie. I am trained in Reiki, and offer intuitive energy sessions in my “spare” time.
