Nicole Martin
Yoga Practitioner
Nicole has been a yoga practitioner for over 12 years and credits the practice with helping her to not only develop a deeper connection with her mind and body, but allowing her to cultivate love, kindness, and patience during challenging times. She was inspired to become a yoga teacher so that she might share the benefits of yoga with people of all ages. Nicole has completed her 200-hour certification with Satya Meditation and Yoga School. Additionally, she has completed a 95-hour children’s yoga certification with Youth Yoga Alliance. Nicole aims to provide a supportive, safe, and creative environment for students to explore and connect with themselves.
Off the mat, Nicole loves to read, paint, travel, kayak, and spend time with animals (especially cats).
