Camryn Smith (she/her) is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) with a Master’s in Clinical Social Work from Ohio University. As a queer-identified therapist, Camryn is dedicated to creating a warm, welcoming, and shame-free space where individuals and couples can show up exactly as they are.

She works with a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, autism, trauma, grief, gender, sexuality, and life transitions. Camryn has extensive experience supporting LGBTQ+ and polyamorous folks and is committed to care that is inclusive, nonjudgmental, and affirming of all identities and relationship structures. In her work with couples, she helps partners strengthen communication, rebuild trust, explore intimacy, and navigate conflict with curiosity and compassion.

Camryn draws from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and trauma-focused therapies. Her style is collaborative and client-centered, focusing on what feels most helpful and doable for each person or partnership.

Grounded in a strengths-based and social justice–oriented lens, Camryn offers both individual and couples therapy. She aims to cultivate a supportive, down-to-earth environment where clients feel safe to be honest, explore vulnerable topics without shame, and move toward relationships that feel more secure, connected, and fulfilling.
