Seeking support takes courage, and I’m honored to walk alongside you in this process. My goal as a therapist is to create a safe, compassionate, and judgment-free space where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported. Together, we will explore the challenges you’re facing, and work toward building a life that feels more grounded, empowered, and aligned with who you truly are.
I am deeply passionate about helping individuals heal from trauma and overwhelming life experiences. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, or intrusive thoughts, I approach our work with warmth, empathy, and a deep respect for your unique story. I believe that healing is not only possible, it’s something you deserve.
In addition to traditional talk therapy, I offer EMDR therapy, EMDR intensives, and Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP). These are powerful, research-supported approaches that help clients process trauma, release stuck emotional patterns, and find relief when other methods may have fallen short. EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) supports the brain’s natural healing process and helps reduce emotional distress. EMDR intensives offer a more focused, accelerated option for individuals looking for deeper work in a shorter period of time. KAP (Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy) integrates the safe, guided use of ketamine with therapeutic support, offering a meaningful path forward for clients experiencing persistent symptoms or emotional blocks.
My clinical approach is trauma-informed, person-centered, and grounded in narrative and experiential techniques. I tailor each session to your needs, values, and goals.
Population and interests: Exploring and treating trauma, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and suicidal ideation, with additional interest and knowledge in self-esteem, emotional regulation, intrusive thoughts, relationship challenges, life transitions, stress, and anger.
You don’t have to navigate this alone, I’m here to support you with care, curiosity, and presence every step of the way
