I believe healing happens in a space where you feel seen, safe, and supported. That is what I aim to create a calm, nurturing environment where you can explore your story, reconnect with yourself, and begin to heal at your own pace. My work is grounded in trauma-informed care, feminist, and humanistic approaches. This means I will work alongside you rather than leading you down this healing path. I have a deep respect for each person’s unique journey. I bring experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including minority communities and members of the LGBTQIA+ community.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and have received a fellowship from the National Board of Certified Counselors for working with minority communities. I’m currently expanding my practice through training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Polyvagal Theory, and Narrative Therapy. These approaches help us understand the mind-body connection, uncover the stories that shape us, and gently guide the healing process from within. While utilizing these approaches, we will honor your experience and collaborate to holistically address the root of your concerns.
