Beginning the therapeutic journey can be scary, but it shouldn’t have to be. I aim to provide a safe and nonjudgmental space where you can be seen and heard. I offer a humanistic and trauma-informed approach to counseling as we work together to help you navigate the difficult phases of life. I will help you develop the necessary tools to grow, heal, and create positive change. You don’t have to do this alone!
I have experience in the social services and mental health fields in both the public and private sectors. I have worked with individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and substance abuse, as well as with individuals with developmental disabilities. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology from Bowling Green State University and a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from John Carroll University.
