I believe life is a continuous evolution of healing and growth, and I am honored by the opportunity to walk with my clients through the sacred work of therapy. I foster a safe and supportive space, where I can meet you where you are at in your journey to help you discover that you are the expert in your own life. My goal is to guide you into a deeper connection with yourself, familiarize yourself with your internal landscape, the parts of you, and your strengths, in order to develop a sense of security and self-compassion within yourself, and identify the patterns that may no longer be working for you. I am IFS (Internal Family Systems) Level 1 trained through the IFS Institute, and trained in EMDR.

My approach to therapy is person-centered, based in mindfulness, parts work/IFS, breath work, EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and developing coping skills that individually fit best for you.  I also have a professional background in fitness, which provides me a unique lens for assisting others with developing a healthier relationship with their body image and movement. I value the importance behind a mind, body and soul approach, promoting wellness through nutrition, exercise/movement and meditation.

I have experience working in community mental health, forensic settings and substance use treatment. I received my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Cleveland State University in 2012.
