Hi, I’m Kenzie (she/her). I’m so glad you’re here.

I offer a warm, affirming, and supportive space where you can show up exactly as you are. My approach is relational and client-centered, grounded in the belief that healing happens in connection—with ourselves, our bodies, and others.

I specialize in working with LGBTQIA+ individuals and women. My practice is informed by feminist values, social justice, and trauma awareness. I view each person holistically, honoring the emotional, mental, and physical aspects of their experience. My work is trauma-informed, body-centered, and integrates somatic and mindfulness-based practices. I also draw from humanistic and feminist therapy, always tailoring my approach to your unique needs, strengths, and lived experiences.

Therapeutic modalities I use include Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Strengths-Based Therapy. These tools support our work together, at your pace and on your terms.

I hold a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Akron, with a focus on mental health therapy. In our time together, you can expect a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment. I believe healing begins in spaces where we feel truly seen, heard, and valued.
