This group is ideal for individuals seeking tools to manage thoughts, behaviors, and emotions more effectively. Together, we will learn practical coping strategies, practice real-life skills, and engage in activities that foster self-expression, confidence, and personal growth.

    This group is open to adults (18+) who are experiencing challenges such as PTSD, anxiety, depression, or related conditions. You do not need a specific diagnosis to participate—anyone interested in learning coping skills and building resilience is welcome.

      How many people are in the group?
      Group sizes typically range from 6–12 participants. This allows for meaningful discussions while still creating an intimate, supportive atmosphere.

        What can I expect during a session?
        Each session includes a mix of psychoeducation, interactive exercises, and group discussion. You’ll learn evidence-based strategies from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices—all designed to help you manage stress, emotions, and daily challenges.

          How long does the program last?
          The group meets once per week for 60–90 minutes. The program runs for 16 weeks but can be continued on a recurring basis depending on your needs.

            Is this group confidential?
            Yes. Confidentiality is a cornerstone of group therapy. All participants are expected to respect and protect each other’s privacy, creating a safe and trusting environment.
