I have worked with a broad range of individuals in community outpatient settings, specializing in trauma, chronic pain, substance use, and complex mental health challenges. I take an integrative approach to therapy, blending Narrative Therapy, Polyvagal Theory, and EMDR to help clients reframe their personal stories and process trauma. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their experiences, process pain, and ultimately find the strength to heal and grow.

In addition to therapy, I offer Trauma-Informed Career Counseling at Stella Luna, helping clients explore the intersection of their careers, mental health, and sense of self. I support clients in making intentional career decisions by examining their past experiences and envisioning their future goals.

I also have a strong background in research and statistics. My research contributions include studies on addiction, emotional regulation, and the physiological effects of mental health symptoms and treatments. I have provided statistical consulting and research expertise for projects at Cleveland State University, Northeast Ohio Medical University, and the University of Pittsburgh Medical School. This work has further informed my clinical practice, where I integrate evidence-based, data-driven approaches into therapy.

As the Clinical Training Supervisor at Stella Luna, I support the training and development of our therapists, including the introduction of our Ketamine-Assisted Therapy program and advanced Narrative Therapy approaches. I am committed to enhancing our culture of trauma-informed care and healing. My approach is rooted in respect and curiosity, and I am dedicated to empowering both our clients and clinicians as they navigate their healing journeys.
