Thank you for taking time to explore options for your mental wellness. I provide a space for you to increase your comfort and understanding for the challenges you are facing.

Together, we will explore concerns and celebrate your successes. We will navigate the complexities that arise from adjustments to your life and utilize helpful strategies to manage and overcome these obstacles. When you are ready, I offer a path to healing for individuals on their path to recovery, Complex Mental Health, Grief, LGBTQIA2S+ Disparities, Major Adjustments, Minority Disparities, Trauma, Fears, Sadness, and Anger.

In addition to my Master’s degree in Clinical mental health counseling, I utilize my BFA to promote wellness through artistic and dramatic means.  I am trained in EMDR and I offer a holistic therapy experience blending different evidence-based practices to promote your wellness. Together we will work to find your path to healing.

Therapy Modalities: Career Counseling, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive-Processing Therapy, Dialectical-Behavior Therapy (DBT), Drama Therapy, Gestalt, Gottman (Level 2), Motivational Interviewing, Narrative/Storytelling, Solution-Focused/Brief Therapy, Strength-Based Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT (up to age 17), EMDR, and Trauma Informed Care.
