Welcome- I’m glad you are here. Seeking therapy is a courageous step, and I am honored to be a part of your healing journey. Life can be challenging, and my role is to support and guide you as you navigate those challenges and move toward becoming your best, most authentic self.

I deeply believe in creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can express yourself freely and feel truly seen and heard. My approach is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and respect for your unique experiences. My goal is to meet you exactly where you are and work together to address your individual needs. Whether you are seeking clarity, healing, growth, or support, I’m here to help you take the next step at your own pace.

I earned my Master of Social Work from Cleveland State University in 2021 and have since gained experience working with diverse populations in various community settings. These experiences have shaped my understanding of the many ways people heal, cope, and grow.

My therapeutic approach is eclectic and grounded in person-centered therapy, guided by principles of trauma-informed care. I also incorporate techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), mindfulness practices, and EMDR to tailor our work to your unique needs.

I have experience supporting individuals navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, interpersonal issues, and life transitions. My goal is to meet you where you are, honor your lived experiences, and collaborate with you on the next step towards healing and growth.
