I became a therapist because I firmly believe there is strength and meaning in every person’s story. In my work, I do my best to help folks deepen that meaning and connect with that strength.
In sessions, I draw from narrative & existential therapies, somatic work, ACT, DBT, and EMDR. All that technical stuff is great, but our relationship will be much more important: that’s why my first priority is to create a warm, curious, and compassionate space where you can be yourself.
I specialize in trauma and have experience working with adults on a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, addiction, ADHD, identity exploration, relationship struggles, and life transitions. With any issue, I try to bring cultural humility and awareness of oppressive systems to the table—even our most personal challenges are often shaped by forces around us.
